3 Detailing maintains a strict quality control procedure, both internally and towards other project parties. We make sure no drawings, model or reports are issued for construction until all issues are rectified and all outstanding TQs / RFIs are closed.
A Request for Information (RFI) Summary sheet is kept and updated as per the project progress, it is communicated to builder, architect, engineer and all involving parties when an item is raised or closed. An clearly presented RFI card is generated with drawing section, mark-ups and model shots to outline the issues.
